Terms of Service OdynWeb

These terms of service define the rules for using the services provided by OdynDev – a platform for selling professional website and web application templates.

By using my services, you accept all the terms contained in these terms of service. Please read all provisions carefully before making a purchase.

• Service Provider – OdynDev, the owner of the platform (me)
• Client/User – a natural or legal person using my services
• Product – a website template, application, or source code
• License – the right to use the purchased product
• Platform – the OdynDev website and all its functionalities

OdynDev offers the following services:

• • Sale of ready-made website templates
• • Access to the source code of purchased products
• • Basic technical support
• • Documentation and installation instructions
• • Product demos and previews

All products are delivered in digital form. You get access to the files immediately after payment confirmation.

By using my services, you agree to:

• • Provide true information during registration and purchase
• • Use products in accordance with the granted license
• • Not share access codes with third parties
• • Not sell or resell purchased products
• • Comply with copyright and intellectual property laws

Payments:

• • I accept payments by card, PayPal, and bank transfers
• • All prices are in Polish zloty (PLN)
• • You get access to the product immediately after payment
• • Invoices are sent automatically to the provided email address

Refund policy:

• • Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase
• • The product must not be used commercially
• • Refunds are only possible in case of technical issues
• • The refund decision is discretionary

Standard License:

• • You can use the product for one project
• • You can modify the code as you wish
• • Redistribution of the source code is prohibited
• • You cannot remove author information

Extended License:

• • Use in multiple projects
• • You can sell the final product
• • Technical support for 6 months
• • Updates and bug fixes

I make every effort to ensure my products are of high quality, but I do not guarantee:

• • Compatibility with all systems
• • Absence of errors in the code
• • Continuous operation of external APIs
• • Compatibility with future framework versions

My liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. I am not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

I reserve the right to make changes to these terms of service. I will inform users of any significant changes:

• • By email to the provided address
• • By notification on the main page
• • By updating the date in the terms header

Continued use of my services after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
